COUCH TO 5K WEEK 2 (of 6)

This week, we will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9 a.m. to begin the journey from couch to 5 km, just in time for our October walk! All walks are rain or shine, so bring what you need to protect yourself from the elements and some water, of course. This week’s walks will be short (just under 30 minutes). You may come any or all of the days, but please arrive early your first day of walking to sign the waiver.
